You can help us save the lives of homeless dogs, protect them from cruelty and alleviate their suffering. Living on the streets, they are deprived of food, water, shelter, and experience higher incidences of disease and injury.
Your gift means they receive the life-saving care and medical help they need as well as the love from our volunteers until they find their happy homes.
We are making a public appeal, to which Tote Board will match your donation dollar-for-dollar under the Enhanced Fund-Raising Programme. Your compassion and generosity will enable us to continue our mission to rescue, shelter and rehome the homeless dogs. The donations will be used to provide food, medical care for all the dogs under our care and for the shelter's operational costs.
With effect from 24 January 2022, all donations are eligible for a 2.5 times tax deduction if your Tax Reference Number (NRIC/FIN/UEN) is submitted to us at the time of donation. The deduction will be automatically included in your tax assessment. You do not need to claim the deduction in your tax form. If you have any queries, please email donations@mercylight.org.sg.
